John Loughlin gearing up for 2012?

A notice on the LinkedIn account for Republican John Loughlin, who last year challenged Democrat David Cicilline in the First Congressional District, offers the following message:
Actively looking for a campaign fundraiser who can work with my finance committee and my direct mail vendor while I am on active duty with the Army.
Former state police superintendent Brendan Doherty has also been a source for speculation as a possible challenger to Cicilline next year.
