That lucky for life lottery is a scam and they should investergate that, noone won the top prize in 6 or 7 months,theirs been 5 winners since it started at the beginning with a 13,000,000 million chance of winning,all the money going into it is not coming out of it,that’s 6 months twice a wk no winners of the top prize BS.some states haven’t even come close RI only had 25,000 dollar winners the biggest scams in the world

Ian, great article. Thanks for including the link to “Analysis: To get things done, Raimondo embraces the bully pulpit.” (11-11-11)

She’s even got a not wholly laughable talking point for how Engage RI,
the private nonprofit supporting her cause, shouldn’t face a public-
interest obligation to disclose its contributors; Raimondo says potential
conflicts are a non-issue since pension overhaul will help the entire
state.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when the Treasurer had quite an about-face concerning whether members of Engage RI should voluntarily identify themselves inspite of the law that protects their anonymity after the WSJ disclosed the huge contribution by Texas billionaire and former Enron natural gas trader, John Arnold.
I suppose that change of heart had nothing to do with politics.
